Warranty for Push® Braces sold by BraceLab:

  • Push Braces are guaranteed against any defect in materials or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase unless altered or incorrectly laundered.
  • Warranty is voided if wear or usage instructions are disregarded or if care instructions are not followed.

Exchanges/Returns of Push Braces sold by BraceLab:

  • You must contact support@bracelab.com or 888-235-8221 to obtain a RMA number before any return is made.
  • Size exchanges or returns for refund are allowed within 30 days of purchase provided the brace is unworn and in its original package with insert.
  • The brace may be tried on for size but cannot have been worn.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to BraceLab unless the brace is damaged/defective. All shipping costs for replacement brace/s to the customer are paid by BraceLab.
  • Once an exchange/return is authorized we must receive the return within 15 business days.
  • If these conditions are not met BraceLab reserves the right to refuse your return.
  • We recommend sending returns via traceable shipping to ensure safe delivery.
  • If you are an Amazon customer, you must request your return via Amazon.

Insurance Information:

  • If you have questions about filing insurance or whether a brace is covered by your insurance, please contact your insurance company directly. BraceLab is unable to answer any insurance questions.

Therapist/Clinic/Reseller Brace Exchange and Return Policy:

  • Exchanges and returns can be made provided the original order was placed for a specific patient and the exchange or return request is made within 30 days of the original purchase. Exchanges and returns are not allowed on quantity orders of 4 or more.
  • You must contact support@bracelab.com or 888-235-8221 to obtain a RMA number before any returns are made.

Return Policy for All Other BraceLab Products:

  • If the product is damaged or defective, you may return the product for a replacement free of charge.

  • We do not offer refunds or accept returns for credit.

Shipping & Handling:

  • When choosing shipping, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing in addition to shipping times. BraceLab does not ship on weekends or holidays.
