Shipping & Handling

At BraceLab, your satisfaction is important to us. If you have questions about your purchase or need product information, please contact us at 888-235-8221 or Support@BraceLab.com.

Orders

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after submission. Please review your order for accuracy before submitting. Note that our staff members are not medical professionals; for medical advice or brace recommendations you must contact your healthcare provider.

Shipping Options

When choosing your shipping option, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing in addition to shipping times. We make every effort to process orders the same day up to 1:00 p.m. EST, but we cannot guarantee it. BraceLab does not ship on weekends or holidays.

Warranty

BraceLab wants you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. All Push Braces and Push Sports Braces are guaranteed against any defect in materials or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase, unless altered or laundered incorrectly (see product insert for instructions).

Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges & Returns for Individuals

BraceLab offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase to ensure that individuals obtain the correct size and fit. Only products that have not been worn past the fitting stage, have not been customized, and are in their original packaging with the package inserts will be accepted. Contact us weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, except on holidays, at support@bracelab.com or 888-235-8221.

For Fit or Sizing Exchanges or Returns:

  • To request an exchange or return due to improper fit, please call us at 888-235-8221 or email us at support@bracelab.com within 30 days of purchase to receive return instructions and an RMA authorization number. Exchanges and returns must be received by BraceLab within 15 business days of the RMA authorization number issuance. No exchanges or returns will be accepted without an RMA authorization number.
  • Braces may be tried on for sizing and fit but must be unused to be returned or exchanged.

For Defective Exchanges or Returns:

  • If you have an issue with product workmanship within 90 days of purchase, please contact us immediately at 888-235-8221 or support@bracelab.com. We will provide you with an RMA authorization number. Defective exchanges or returns must be received by BraceLab within 15 business days of the RMA authorization number issuance. No defective exchanges or returns will be accepted without an RMA authorization number.

Exchange braces and refunds on returns will be issued within two business days of BraceLab receiving the original product under the conditions stated above. Replacement shipping is provided free via USPS Priority Mail. If you require expedited shipping, you must pay it in full in advance of shipment.

These policies do not apply to international orders. Please contact BraceLab for information.

Please make sure you follow the above policies for prompt resolution. If these policies are not met, BraceLab may refuse your shipment; you will be notified, and the product may be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges & Returns for Therapist/Clinic/Reseller

Size exchanges can be made provided the original order was placed for a specific patient and the exchange or return request is made within 30 days of the original purchase. Exchanges and returns are not permitted on original orders of 4 or more braces.

If a patient/customer has an issue with product workmanship within 90 days, please contact us, or have the patient contact us directly.

You must contact BraceLab Support at 888-235-8221 or support@bracelab.comto obtain an RMA authorization number prior to sending any return, exchange or defective product.

Returns must be received by BraceLab within 15 days of your request.

All braces returned for improper fit must be in new condition with the original product inserts and packaging. Braces may be tried on for sizing and fit, but must be unused.

These policies do not apply to international orders. Please contact BraceLab for information.

Insurance & Reimbursement

PLEASE NOTE: This information is provided by BraceLab as a courtesy. We are not a medical provider and we do not file insurance. We are unable to provide any information beyond what is included below. Please contact your insurer with any questions about insurance/claims/filing.

Following the guidelines given below does not guarantee reimbursement; reimbursement is the decision of each insurer.

PATIENTS: Information for patients who purchase the Push and Push Sports braces and want to submit a request for reimbursement from their insurance.

Medicare: The patient must use the CMS form for DME reimbursement, which can be found with instructions at https://www.cms.gov/Medicare/CMS-Forms/CMS-Forms/Downloads/CMS1490S-ENGLISH.pdf. BraceLab’s receipt (order confirmation) must be attached which has the correct code for filing. HCPCS, or L-codes, can be found here. MetaGrip Only: Use L3924-CG (Hand finger orthosis, without joints, may include soft interface, straps, prefabricated, off-the-shelf).

Choose the option: “The provider or supplier is not enrolled with Medicare.” BraceLab does not have a National Provider Identifier Number (NPI number).

Other Insurers, Medicare Advantage, or Medicare Supplemental Plans: The patient must contact their insurer to obtain the correct form to request reimbursement. BraceLab’s receipt (order confirmation) must be attached to the form which is being sent to the insurer. HCPCS, or L-codes, can be found here. MetaGrip Only: Whether the insurer requires the “CG” modifier for the Push MetaGrip will vary, so the patient will need to ask which code is appropriate: L-3924 or L-3924-CG.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS: Information for those who provide Push and Push Sports braces to a patient and submit insurance claims.

Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Supplemental Plans, and Other Insurers: Please use the assigned HCPCS code on the reimbursement request if there is a code assigned to the subject brace. HCPCS, or L-codes, can be found here.

MetaGrip Only: L3923—Hand finger orthosis, without joints, may include soft interface, straps, prefabricated item that has been trimmed, bent, molded assembled, or otherwise customized to fit a specific patient by an individual with expertise. In comparison, L3924 has no modifications or professional adjustments. For Medicare, claims will be denied without the “CG” modifier. Whether other insurers require the “CG” modifier will vary, so you will need to ask.
