Size exchanges or returns for refund are allowed within 30 days of purchase provided the brace is unworn and in its original package with insert.
The brace may be tried on for size but cannot have been worn.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to BraceLab unless the brace is damaged/defective. All shipping costs for replacement brace/s to the customer are paid by BraceLab.
Once an exchange/return is authorized we must receive the return within 15 business days.
If these conditions are not met BraceLab reserves the right to refuse your return.
We recommend sending returns via traceable shipping to ensure safe delivery.
If you are an Amazon customer, you must request your return via Amazon.
If you have questions about filing insurance or whether a brace is covered by your insurance, please contact your insurance company directly. BraceLab is unable to answer any insurance questions.
Therapist/Clinic/Reseller Brace Exchange and Return Policy:
Exchanges and returns can be made provided the original order was placed for a specific patient and the exchange or return request is made within 30 days of the original purchase. Exchanges and returns are not allowed on quantity orders of 4 or more.
