Shipping & Handling

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, in addition to shipping times. BraceLab does not ship on weekends or holidays.

Warranty

BraceLab wants you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. Push® Braces are guaranteed against any defect in materials or workmanship for 90 days from date of purchase, unless altered or laundered incorrectly (see product insert for instructions).

Exchanges and Returns

BraceLab offers free returns and exchanges to ensure that you get the correct size and fit. To request an exchange or return within 30 days of purchase from BraceLab due to improper fit, you need to contact us at support@bracelab.com or (888)235-8221 within 30 days of purchase for return instructions. If you have an issue with product workmanship within 90 days, please contact us, as well. Customer Service is available 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST, Monday through Friday. Returns must be received by BraceLab within 15 days of your request. Note:

  • All braces returned for improper fit must be in new condition with the original product inserts and packaging. Braces may be tried on for sizing and fit but must be unused.
  • This policy does not apply to international orders. Please contact BraceLab for information.

Please ensure you follow this policy for prompt resolution. If these conditions are not met, BraceLab may refuse a shipment; you will be notified and the product returned to you at your expense.

Insurance Information:

Patients: BraceLab is a supplier, not a medical provider. We do not file insurance nor are we able to answer insurance questions. Please contact your insurer with any questions about claims/filing. Information below is for individuals who purchased a brace/s and want to submit a request for reimbursement from their insurer:

  • Medicare: You must use the CMS form for DME reimbursement, which can be found with instructions at https://www.cms.gov/Medicare/CMS-Forms/CMS-Forms/Downloads/CMS1490S-ENGLISH-Instructions-DME.pdf. This BraceLab order confirmation must be attached, which has the HCPCS code/s for identifying the brace.
  • All Other Insurers: Contact your insurer to obtain the correct form to request reimbursement. Note: For the MetaGrip only: Whether your insurer requires the “CG” modifier will vary, so ask which code is appropriate: L3924-CG or L3924.

Following these guidelines does not guarantee reimbursement, as that is each insurer’s decision.

Therapist/Clinic/Reseller Brace Exchange and Return Policy:

  • Exchanges and returns can be made provided the original order was placed for a specific patient and the exchange or return request is made within 30 days of the original purchase. Exchanges and returns are not allowed on quantity orders of 4 or more.
  • You must contact support@bracelab.com or 888-235-8221 to obtain a RMA number before any returns are made.
